We are looking for a Product Specialist (w/m/d) - Hygienic Valves at the next time. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external customers as well as cross-functional teams to safely implement technical requirements and develop optimal solutions for our customers.
Your duties Technical advice and support of our customers in the selection of suitable control and feedback technology with regard to the required plant and process automation – including clarification of electrotechnical interfaces
Processing of technical enquiries, in particular for deviations from the standard or complex customer-specific projects
Ensuring a smooth ordering and settlement process for customer-specific special solutions
Determination of production costs and costing of prices for special materials on the basis of supply and decision
Close coordination with product portfolio management to implement technical customer requirements
Requirement of new components as well as installation and maintenance of the corresponding article numbers for further order processing
Sales support, if necessary also in direct customer exchange
Complete technical training with further qualification (e.g. state-tested technicians of electrical engineering/automatic engineering)
Multiannual professional experience in the field of control and control technology, ideally in the context of investment goods requiring declaration
found electrotechnical knowledge; additional experience in the design and application of hygienic valves are advantageous
