Your post: You collect, process and document the incoming customer requests for our software solutions. In exchange with other departments, you analyze complex software configurations and contribute to finding solutions. You communicate proactively with our customers and help them with advice. You are structuring the wishes and requirements of our customers and actively introducing ideas for the further development of our products. That's what you bring: You have completed training, ideally in the social and/or IT field. You have a good understanding of software, can quickly work into new solutions and ideally bring knowledge of work processes in social and healthcare. You draw your attention through an open and communicative personality and appreciate the team's collaboration. A strong customer and service orientation, combined with solution orientation and organizational talent, completes your profile. For communication with our customers, you bring knowledge of German in a reliable manner.
