IT Consultant for Register Integration (m/f/d)

Control and professional support of the architecture of federal register landscapes from DIHK perspective, including coordination and coordination with the IHKs, as well as the connection to cross-border administrative and IT infrastructures. You plan and accompany projects for the further development and integration of new services and interfaces into the existing system landscape. You support the planning and implementation of legal requirements from Register Modernization and Online Access Act, as well as NOOTS State Contract and Digital Identities Act and ensure their compliance in operation. You analyse disorders and initiate troubleshooting and continuous improvement of processes. You work closely with internal departments, service providers and external stakeholders to meet and implement requirements. You plan at committee meetings and workshops, possible technical implementations and agree with other stakeholders. You create reports and documentation for operation, security and compliance

You have a successfully completed degree, preferably in business informatics, computer science, administrative sciences or a comparable degree course, or have relevant professional experience in these areas. You can demonstrate several years of experience in IT service management and the management of complex IT projects, ideally in the public sector or in administration digitalization. You have very good skills to analyze complex digital transformation processes and their impact on organizations. You have knowledge of proven processes for IT processes, ideally in ITIL. You have a good understanding of legal and organisational frameworks in the context of register modernisation and e-government. You have a strong ability to analyze complex IT architectures and to derive measures for operation and further development. A high level of communication and safe occurrence compared to internal and external stakeholders are characterized. You also have high IT affinity, very good knowledge of common IT tools and a basic understanding for interfaces and data management. Very safe German knowledge of word and writing (at least language level C1) and very good English knowledge complete their profile.
