Manufacturing control within the electrical assembly and ensuring fault-free assembly through a corresponding quality assurance Coordination of the external applications of electricians during commissioning with our customers Taking responsibility as vEFK for the Blown Film Business Unit Maintaining safety standards through regular implementation of safety instructions Monitoring and control of assembly times and maintenance and correction of BDE data Shopfloor management and analysis of KPIs, also with regular application of the CS board Continuous improvement of internal processes and development of solutions proposals for improvements and problem solving Guidance and guidance of employees (by under-year and fixed employee talks) as well as delegating, coordinating and controlling the tasks Targeted development and promotion of team members as part of the existing budget and implementation of training planning All this is what you're talking about and you want to be part of our company? in Germany with many years of experience in the electrotechnical assembly of systems and ideally knowledge as responsible electrical power (vEFK) Multiannual experience in professional and disciplinary staff management as well as in the organization, control and optimization of assembly processes Funded expertise in control, electrical and drive technology as well as sensor technology, including application of quality standards and testing methods Experience in shopfloor management, in KPI analysis and in Lean methods and CVP Safe handling of BDE and ERP systems as well as data management and evaluation in production Knowledge of occupational safety (DGUV, VDE) and safety instructions Ready for occasional international missions Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
