Master Craftsman - Construction Machinery Technology (m/f/d)

Ensuring the readiness and functionality of machines and devices Implementation of economic, sustainable and high-quality repairs Planning, organisation, monitoring and final collection of maintenance, maintenance, repair and assembly work Organisation and coordination of statutory technical tests Control and approval of work orders including ensuring proper documentation Responsibility for cost centers, including the technical audit and clearance of accounts and the monitoring and approval of working hours Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations (SGU) and implementation of appropriate instructions Professional and disciplinary leadership of the assigned employees: Ensuring compliance with labour law regulations and working time regulations Selection and incorporation of new employees:inside and responsibility for industrial training in the workshop Economic procurement of spare parts and repair materials as well as their storage and inventory control Close coordination with the construction sites to ensure technical equipment and equipment fleet ready for use at any time
