specialist – and as a manager of disciplinary – leadership of project and consultant teams; Responsibility for and coordination of teams in conceptual consulting personnel in the field of management diagnostics Responsibility for managing complex and large-volume projects in the field of assessments, organizational screening and management audits with medium-sized customers as well as in the national and international corporate environment Holistic support of the customers: from the conception to the implementation of the diagnostic procedures (Assessment Center, Potential Analysis, etc.) Intensive operational cooperation in the implementation of assessment projects and cooperation in a diverse, highly motivated team Own-responsible market management and acquisitions as well as the development and support of a customer network Working in internal development projects in the field of diagnostics, the possibility of using the Kienbaum AKademy for its own development and certification for the use of the test methods used Intensive exchange and opportunities for cooperation with other Kienbaum advisory areas in a wide range of interfaces to the topics “People & Organisation”

You have a successfully completed psychological, social, spiritual or economic master's or diploma course ideally with a personal economic focus – also with MBA and/or doctorate You have several years of professional and leadership experience as project manager in a consulting position or a corresponding HR line function You are passionate about strategic HR questions to which Assessment Services can provide answers, and have ideally already conceived and accompanied appropriate processes You are characterized by a high degree of customer orientation and sense of responsibility, a team-oriented working style and a high level of commitment and travel readiness You are an open and expelling personality, performs convincingly and sovereignly and possesses excellent analytical skills You have very good English skills and are perfectly familiar with all common Microsoft Office applications German knowledge of native language and fluent English skills as well as a pronounced readiness to travel are required for our project work
