for our day care Villa Marie, Max-Saupe-Straße 43 in 09131 Chemnitz.

These are your tasks with us:

• They support day-to-day management and organisational tasks.
• They provide personal care and care for our daily guests.
• They promote the existing skills and independence of day guests.
• They provide therapeutic, rehabilitation and psychosocial services.
• They work confidently with relatives, supervisors: inside, doctors: inside, therapists: inside and outside partners.
• They advise relatives and actively involve them in the care.
• They carry out digital documentation and data management carefully and reliably.

This will bring you:

• They have completed training as a nursing specialist (health and nursing staff (m/w/d), nursing staff (m/w/d) or nursing staff).
• They are characterized by a high level of commitment, flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.
• They have a secure and practical handling of the legal framework of SGB XI and SGB V.
• They convince by empathy as well as a sovereign appearance in dealing with employees, clients: women and relatives.
• They show a sense of decision-making, enforcement and a high load capacity, even in challenging situations.
