Takeover of administrative and operational activities in the HR environment Active participation in various projects Support for system integration projects, e.g. the digital personnel file Participation in the creation of various documents such as recruitment documents Clean file situation in SAP e.g. pay certificates or time management

Continuous studies, e.g. in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology or Healthcare Ideally, first practical experience in the personnel sector through internships or secondary activities Hands-on mentality and careful, independent and reliable operation Good MS Office knowledge and a general IT affinity Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
