As HSSE Manager, you are active in various exciting industrial plant projects throughout Germany. Own responsibility for the area of occupational safety on one of our highly complex industrial plant projects Implementation and monitoring of HSSE Directives in accordance with applicable standards and understanding of standards from America/UK Self-identification and management of risks in environmental, health and safety Responsible for setting up HSSE management systems within our projects according to specifications and specific customer requirements Supporting training and programmes to raise awareness among employees both internally and externally and for companies in our projects Regular control and creation of internal and external EHS performance and promotion of measures to continuously improve EHS performance Cooperation with authorities, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve the EHS objectives

Complete training to/from the technician:in or masters in construction or in technical building equipment – alternatively a comparable qualification in the field of occupational safety, such as a specialist in occupational safety or health and safety coordinator:in Multiannual project experience, at least 3-5 years, on construction sites of large-scale plant construction, life science, chemical industry or power plant engineering, as well as knowledge in the processing model EPCM Experience in the development of Hazid/Hazop analyses and the implementation of workshops desirable High readiness to travel within construction sites in Germany Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in the management and control of internal and external teams, combined with strong enforcement strength, a secure sense of communication, motivation and efficient cooperation
