Discover the various possibilities with us Within the Market Succession Division, we are responsible for the processing of risk-relevant credit/leasing engagements that show crisis symptoms for a wide variety of reasons. Whether a family-run car house, a large trading group or a national/international group of companies outside the classic car trade - as a credit/leasing analyst - you contribute to our partners getting the right financing structures for their success. Our tasks With our sense of numbers and risks, we analyze credits, evaluate business models and develop tailor-made financing solutions. We take over the analysis, evaluation and processing of crisis-affected company/large-scale customer loans in the intensive rating classes. In the case of a positive forecast, we accompany customers during their crisis phase and ensure that appropriate measures are initiated and pursued in order to enable them to return to normal care for a foreseeable time. In the case of a negative forecast, we check our engagement strategy and initiate the necessary steps, e.g. the transfer to the rehabilitation/developing processing. Creating credit templates including voting and risk analysis is one of your core tasks. This includes, inter alia, the adequacy assessment of action plans, external opinions, financing structures based on annual accounts and provisional figures, budget data, corporate strategies and market and competitive analyses. In close cooperation with the corporate customer advisors, you will be responsible for your own credit portfolio. Here, you define, among other things, the further engagement strategy and action setting with regard to active support, taxation or silence strategy. Depending on the credit volume, this also includes the preparation of decision-making templates for the decision-making bodies, such as management and supervisory board. As part of the granted competences, you decide on the lending. You carry out monitoring of existing engagements and the early identification of risks. Implementation of risk groups and internal contact persons for normal credit management to assess and identify risks and first crisis symptoms. You are responsible for the legal, MaRisk-compliant implementation of the credit decision.

Completed vocational training to/from the banker or similar training. Continuing vocational training, e.g. higher education, banker. Funded knowledge & several years of experience in restructuring & reorganization Intensive loan management in corporate customer credit. Funded knowledge in the annual accounts analysis, cash flow assessment, external expert opinions, insolvency issues and company assessments (including in English) Good understanding of financing structures and risk potentials. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the credit business, in particular in restructuring and restructuring Intensive loan support.
