The Centre for Digitization and Information Technology (ZDI) is looking for a IT Administrator*in – Mobile Device Management (m/w/d) A reliable and modern IT environment requires safe and professional management of the terminals used. The central management of macOS and mobile devices via MDM solutions, standardised rollouts and the compliance of security and compliance requirements form an important basis for this. We are looking for reinforcement to complement our existing team professionally and to provide additional skills.

Administration and management of macOS devices with Jamf Planning and monitoring of Ivanti Mobile migration to a new MDM solution, expected Jamf Management and support of iOS and Android devices Configuration and further development of the MDM environment Development and optimization of processes, standards and technical concepts Documentation of the solutions and procedures used

(m/w/d) or completion of a degree in an IT field Experience in the administration of macOS and mobile devices Mobile Device Management Knowledge ideal experience with Jamf and Ivanti Mobile structured and independent functioning as well as a high sense of responsibility for security and compliance Interest in developing and standardizing IT processes
