Digital applications and well-designed processes are an important basis for our employees to perform their tasks reliably and efficiently. For the further development of our specialist applications and digital processes, we are looking for a dedicated personality in full or part-time (at least 80%) at the earliest possible time, which combines professional understanding with a pronounced IT affinity.

As a speaker for digital specialist applications & processes (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you work at an important interface between our specialist areas, IT, executives and external software partners.

A focus of your activity is on the Connext Vivendi application. You ensure that the application works reliably, professional requirements are appropriately mapped in the system and digital solutions support the working day of our employees.

This is about more than pure system administration: You understand technical processes, absorb requirements from practice and accompany suitable digital solutions from idea to implementation. A good understanding of the processes of social, participation or nursing is therefore just as valuable as your security in dealing with digital applications. Your duties Professional application support: You are administering, configuring and developing Connext Vivendi, in particular the modules NG, PD and PEP, as required. Digital processes: You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and support the development of suitable digital solutions and workflows. You ensure optimal integration of the processes even in conjunction with other newly created software systems. Requirement management: You accept technical requirements, structure and evaluate them and translate them into feasible system and process requirements. Support and problem solution: You analyze disturbances and user questions, develop sustainable solutions and perform tasks in the 1st and 2nd level support. System structures and permissions: You maintain and optimize relevant structures, roles and permissions within the specialist applications. Interface management: You work closely with departments, IT and the software manufacturer Connext and coordinate technical and technical questions. Projects and further development: You contribute to digitalization and process projects and accompany new functions from the request to the introduction. Training and knowledge transfer: You create understandable instructions and training documents, carry out training and promote a secure and uniform handling of our specialist applications. Evaluations and quality: You contribute to high process and data quality through documentation, standards and continuous development.

A completed training or studies in the social, health or care sector with a pronounced IT and process affinity or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a qualification in the IT environment with a good understanding of professional processes and pleasure in working with users. Ideally experience with Connext Vivendi, in particular NG, PD and/or PEP, or comparable specialist applications. Knowledge of processes in integration aid, social economy or care is advantageous. Analytical and structured thinking as well as distinct problem-solving competence. High service and user orientation and the ability to understand even more complex facts. Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different professional groups and external partners. Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as willingness to continue professional training.

After the installation and as far as the tasks permit this, there is the possibility of proportional mobile work.
