As a disponent*in (w/m/d), you are responsible for the disposition of operational staff, taking into account powers, operational regulations, economic aspects and customer needs. You work closely with the operational executives as part of the service plan design and ensure a transparent coordination. You are responsible for order collection and order coordination in the company's own web tool and are responsible for the implementation of the dayly order processing. You support route optimization to ensure efficient tour planning and best use of the available resources. In addition, you take over the monitoring of defined key figures, for example in the appointment system, and initiate appropriate measures for deviations.

The site is limited to 1 year and includes a 2-shift model with early shift from 06:00-14:45 and late shift from 09:45-18:30.

Completed commercial or technical training or comparable vocational training First experience in disposition Embossed communication skills and friendly ways of handling as well as team skills and high organizational capacity Structured, self-responsible work combined with high load capacity and flexibility in a dynamic environment Strong service orientation towards customers, reliable knowledge of German and safe handling of standard PC applications
