Management Consultant Head of Architecture and Portfolio (m/w/d) now and in full time at our BWI location in Munich, alternatively in Bonn, Home Office possible The Architecture & Portfolio (AP) division sets the guidelines and sets targets for the strategy-compliant orientation of the service/performance portfolio as well as the IT architecture of the BWI, derived from the strategic framework documents, concepts and planning of the customers, the shareholder and the BWI. As a strategic partner, AP assumes responsibility for the transparent and effective planning of the required IT services. It ensures a seamless connection of Bundeswehr and BWI planning and controls the efficient implementation for the BWI share. The area legitimises BWI's performance adjustments to changing customer requirements (business IT alignment) by deriving, documenting and releasing these adjustments in portfolio target images and target IT design. The AP thus secures the targeted and process-compliant adaptation of the service/performance portfolio and the IT architecture. This is done taking into account the architecture/portfolio principles and specifications, reference architectures of technological (market) developments.

To strengthen our area, we are now looking for a dedicated and structured personality that supports the management in terms of content, organization and communication.

Creation of presentations and presentations for the management of the Architecture & Portfolio area – substantively based, target-group-oriented and visually appealing

Coordination of technical topics and projects, including support for the creation of decision-making templates for management

Accompanying the management of events, trade fairs and events as well as independent preparation, preparation and preparation of lectures and discussions

Experience in creating professional presentations and decision templates at management level

Ideally knowledge of BWI organization and processes, especially in the field of CTO, as well as a resilient network within the BWI organization Increased readiness within Germany High self-responsibility, structured functioning and a good sense of political and strategic relationships Experiences in project management (e.g. organisation and implementation of projects, follow-up of project objectives) are absolutely necessary Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
