Construction Manager / Civil Engineer Hanover (m/f/d)

As a civil engineer / building manager (m/w/d) you coordinate and accompany demanding residential and nursing projects. You work closely with planners, executive unions and builders and keeps you informed about a structured process on our construction sites. Framework conditions: Place of use: Hannover, Topas ImmoTec GmbH. Hours: Full-time with 40 hours per week. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 15:00. Type of contract: Unlimited. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 4.675.38 and € 4.865.04, depending on the experience. Planned entry: 01.08.2026

Your tasks: Construction management: coordination and implementation of demanding residential and nursing projects. Project agreement: cooperation with executive works, specialist planners and builders. Rules & Quality: Application and compliance of relevant regulations, especially VOB and BGB. Documentation: Creation and maintenance of construction site and project documentation. Material management: Planning and ordering materials for ongoing construction projects.

Your profile: Qualification: completed studies in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master) or master/technics degree or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Expertise: knowledge in the handling of VOB and technical and craftsmanship. Operation: Structured, independent and organized in the implementation of construction projects. Communication & Teamwork: Team-oriented working methods, decision-making skills and good German skills (at least B2) in word and writing. Sovereign appearance as contact for project participants and project management. Mobility: Class B licence required.
