Head of a geographically assigned responsibility with willingness to take over supraregional tasks Leadership, guidance and instruction of your own team Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction, quality standards and ongoing business processes Active influence on the achievement of business objectives (budget, sales and earnings responsibility) Planning, deployment and coordination of orders taking into account the human and material resources

A completed training or comprehensive knowledge in infrastructure building management Experience in leadership of employees Structured and analytical methods, time management, strong commitment and good ways of handling and a convincing occurrence Customer-oriented thinking and acting combined with high sense of responsibility and quality Safe handling of the current MS Office applications and a class B licence
