Projekttechniker (m/w/d)

Location: Göttingen Reference number: 69890 For a customer from Göttingen we are looking for a home technician/object engineer as an electronic engineer for building technology (m/w/d). In this position, you are part of a fixed team in Göttingen and work closely with the other object technicians at the customer's premises. In particular, you are responsible for carrying out smaller repairs as well as maintenance work on electrical engineering equipment in the field of building technology.

These are your tasks:

Monitoring and supervision of building installations by regular object visits and control of electrical equipment performing inspections, functional testing and maintenance work on building and electrical installations, including documentation of the results Analysis and elimination of faults in technical installations and independent initiation of appropriate measures to quickly restore plant availability in compliance with all safety requirements documentation and optimization of plant operation, including detection of faults, causes and maintenance measures, as well as identification of improvement potentials and maintenance requirements Coordination of external service providers and participation in the stand-by service, including control and acceptance of after-contracting services and ensuring reliable technical operations

Your profile - this is what you should bring:

Complete technical training as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrical installer, mechatronics or in a comparable technical profession Multiannual professional experience in technical building operations, customer service or technical facility management Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Good knowledge of German and a class B licence
