We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of heat networks:

Project management: You are responsible for the implementation of the district heating project portfolio as well as the regular maintenance and maintenance.

Quality & Dates: You ensure that projects as well as maintenance tasks are implemented according to project management standards in a quality, cost and timely manner.

Strategy & Standards: You actively contribute to the further development of the district heating network strategy and to the standardization of planning, construction and operation.

Network expansion & renewing district heating: You coordinate the development planning in close cooperation with internal areas, urban offices and partners to realize the district heating expansion path.

Operational Responsibility: You ensure the regular operation of the district heating network with all technical and legal requirements.

Leadership & Collaboration: You conduct and develop the department professionally and disciplinaryly, work closely with other departments of the district heating business unit and represent the Mainova in specialist bodies.

Successfully completed university studies (engineering or comparable) and comprehensive professional experience in a corresponding task

Proven experience in project management and control of complex project portfolios

Experienced expert in the planning and operation of management energy infrastructure and in communication with relevant authorities and the management of technical service providers

Impressed leadership skills, clear target orientation and the ability to promote employees and to “take them” in times of change

German in word and writing
