Administrator / Project Manager – Funding and Business Management (m/f/d)

You will be part of our project promoters and will be responsible, inter alia, for the management of applications and offers, including credit assessments and competitive initial assessments, assessment of business issues in R & D projects, including cost, financing and economics audits, administrative audits, evaluation, monitoring and implementation of funding projects, and for the implementation of legal, financial and economic policy assessments. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting projects relating to the use of research funds (examination of medium-calls and interest rates of cash stocks) and examine evidence of use and final accounts. Consultation and independent negotiation with applicants, beneficiaries and contractors on matters relating to the grant, administration and European aid law, the use and maintenance of the central E-Akte and project-related specialist procedures and the participation in the development of administrative and digital processes are part of your task. And don’t worry: What you can’t do yet, you’ll learn from us “on the job”. What is important is your interest in the work of project promoters and your willingness to work on new topics and processes.

You have a completed financial, business or administrative vocational training or a corresponding university degree? In addition, do you have knowledge and experience in the reading of balance sheets and economic evaluations as well as knowledge in the relevant regulations and secondary provisions (such as BHO, VV-BHO, ANBest-P, NKBF 2017) and in the European Aid Law (excellent AGVO)? Are you in possession of analytical thinking, a high number affinity and the willingness to provide services?
