Senior Quality Manager – Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

Do you like to take responsibility and drive quality and reliability visibly? Then support our contract logistics locations in the development, implementation and effective maintenance of our integrated management system (IMS) – and at the same time ensure norm-compliant processes, consistent application and continuous improvement. You advise our Germany-wide locations on all requirements of the IMS, are in close contact with the application of the specifications and ensure uniform implementation. Together with the locations, You accompany the implementation of the required standards in quality and environmental management as well as other disciplines (e.g. DIN ISO 9001, 14001). You are responsible for the planning, implementation and documentation of the internal system audits and ensure the effectiveness of the implementation of measures. You prepare external audits and certifications, accompany on-site audits and coordinate the processing of findings with the departments. In the Contract business unit, You support the support and the cross-site deployment of the Business Continuity Management System (BCM).

The focus is on your practical implementation strength, your structured and reliable approach as well as your address-oriented communication skills that you successfully use in your daily work to pragmatically transfer standard requirements into processes and secure collaboration across areas and locations. You have completed your studies in business engineering, business management, logistics or similar courses, and have well-founded experience in the daily professional application and implementation of standards. You have proven practice in the introduction and further development of management systems, control effectiveness controls methodically and lead a structured action management to completion. You have profound experience in the planning, implementation and follow-up of internal and external audits and ensure the effectiveness of the audit. You reliably apply the requirements of DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 14001 and transfer them to processes, documentation and daily routines. Ideally, you will bring in-depth knowledge in VDA 6.x, DIN ISO 45001, Business Continuity Management (BCM). Knowledge in GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and IFS (International Food Standard) are advantageous. You convince with pronounced communication and coordination skills as well as fluent German in word and writing and good English knowledge – and bring them into contact with central areas, location management and management. You will also be able to travel to our Germany-wide locations – in exceptional cases also for operations to our foreign locations.
