In your role, the active and responsible support of your colleagues is at the forefront of sales. The focus of your activity is on the handling of various service orders. These may be, for example, the maintenance of personal records (in particular, persons associations) or the refurbishment of current or investment accounts. In addition, you work with administrative activities around online banking and the area of credit or EC cards. In order to get ahead quickly in demand, you can contact the customers directly if necessary.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a bank-specific focus, or a comparable training. Preferably, you already have experience in a similar activity in banking. For a satisfied customer, you work orders structuredly and keep a cool head even with an increased work volume. It’s easy for you to prioritize tasks and you’re a good contact person for internal and external contacts due to your empirical nature.
