Your tasks turn you into a key designer (w/m/d) of our versatile construction projects in raw and turnkey construction: Building site manager – you take responsibility for your construction projects, run the construction site team and ensure smooth operations. Project responsibility – You control the entire construction process – with a clear view of quality, appointments and cost-effectiveness. Coordinator & Efficiency Drivers – You control work orders independently, plan personnel and material use efficiently and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Quality expert – you monitor construction partners and suppliers, optimize the yield potential and secure the construction site result. Security & Sustainability – You ensure compliance with all occupational safety and environmental regulations and ensure safe, sustainable construction site operation. Networkers – You build sustainable business relationships and maintain them in the long term.

Your profile – Not from the bar You bring not only specialist knowledge, but also the certain “biss”. What we wish: (m/d), architect (w/m/d) or technician (w/m/d) with comparable knowledge. Industriekenner – You have practical experience as a senior building manager (w/m/d) or project manager (w/m/d) in raw or turnkey construction. Regulatory – Funded knowledge in building contract law (VOB and BGB) as well as in occupational safety and environmental regulations. Digital affinity – knowledge in Microsoft Office as well as construction-specific applications, ideally iTWO.
