Development, optimization and refinement of highly effective prompts for generative AI models, in particular for voice and conversational AI Conception and implementation of automated testing and evaluation procedures for the continuous improvement of performance, accuracy and latency of our models Conception and orchestration of complex, cross-system processes in which AI agents operate autonomously via APIs with internal and external services Accompanying the entire development cycle from voice AI prototypes and workflows to scalable, productive cloud applications (GCP) Designing natural, multi-level dialogue processes and defining a unique personality for our AI agents, which enthuses our customers Translation of business visions in realisable features, user stories and iterative roadmaps as well as systematic minimisation of AI risks such as aliases and hallucinations by using the most modern security methods Proactive identification of automation potentials, development of value-generating applications and support of initiatives with cost-benefit analyses Sovereign management of cooperation with departments, IT and partners as well as the convincing preparation of complex issues for management sharing knowledge in workshops and mentoring to expand AI competencies throughout the company in the role of a multiplier

has a completed study of (economic)informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification possesses profound experience in Prompt Engineering and controls the behavior of AI models precisely and reliably have a deep understanding of the functioning and architecture of LLMs, NLP and Machine Learning. brings proven experience with at least one leading Conversational AI solution (e.g. Google, Parloa, Cognigy, ElevenLabs) has basic technical knowledge in Python or a similar programming language. think and work agile and are versed in creating user stories for generative AI, language models and the design of autonomous systems penetrates complex topics, quickly creates structure and meets smart, thoughtful decisions. agierst empathic, wins others with clear arguments and uses feedback on continuous further development has very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing
