We, the NGN, a leading power supply company at the Lower Rhine, are looking for a dedicated and competent personality as a team leader in power grid operation & street lighting (w|m|d). In this position you take a key role in the safe and efficient control of our power grid operation and public lighting.

The team that awaits you: In the team, 32 technicians and 5 masters take care of the smooth operation of the medium and low voltage networks, the operation of road lighting and measuring station operation. Colleagues are therefore decisively responsible for the fact that in our networks the light never goes out and our customers are supplied with electricity 24/7.

Power grid: expert and disciplinary leadership of the team in power grid operation and street lighting Network Operation & Efficiency: Ensuring reliable, efficient and economical operation of the power grid and road lighting systems Regulatory requirements: Responsibility for compliance with legal, regulatory and technical requirements (e.g. EnWG, VDE, TSM) Maintenance & maintenance: Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and renewal measures in network operation and street lighting Process Optimization Energy Network: Control and Optimization of Operation Processes and Implementation of New Technologies Budget & Cost Control: Monitoring and Control of Budget Framework Stakeholder Management: Interface management to internal and external partners, in particular to authorities, network operators, municipalities and service providers Network modernisation: support and control of projects for network modernisation, efficiency enhancement and digitalization Safety & Safety Culture: Ensuring work safety and promoting a positive safety culture in the team Ready to call: Participation in a rolling master's willingness to ensure operation

Complete Bachelor Program in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or a Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in power grid operation, ideally with leadership experience Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and legal requirements Analytical thinking ability, decision-making strength and a structured working method High level of initiative, team capacity and communication strength Safe handling of common IT systems in network operation
