IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR – WORKFLOW AUTOMATION & JOB SCHEDULING (W/M/D) STANDORT STUHR (MOBILES WORKING MÖGLICH) The CORDES & GRAEFE KG is the holding company of the GC GROUP – Germany’s leading wholesaler for domestic engineering. You take on the structure, configuration and stable operation of our Workflow Automation & Job Scheduling Platform, focusing on system availability, security and performance. You work closely with internal IT teams and external service providers to coordinate and document the lifecycle of components – including Greenfield approach. You bring your experience into the continuous development of the platform, especially on topics such as scaling, automation, security hardware and disaster recovery. You implement an ITIL-compliant operating model, including structured documentation, change and incident management as well as standardized operating processes. You will ensure the security and compliance of the platform through roll-based access, auditing, patch management and integration into existing security tools.

You are an experienced system administrator, with sound knowledge in Linux/Windows Server, network technologies and IT security concepts. You work in a solution-oriented and self-responsive manner, actively contribute to the further development of the platform and keep an overview even in complex situations. You have a good understanding of ITIL processes and ideally bring practical experience in their implementation – certifications are welcome, but no prerequisite. You are strong in communication and capable of teamwork, can convey technical facts in a comprehensible way and can work with different disciplines. Ideally, you have first experiences with database administration (PostgreSQL), especially in the context of platform operation.
