Technical instructor (m/f/d)

As part of our training department, you will form and motivate our junior staff with passion. In the function of the instructor (m/w/d), you take the following tasks: You take responsibility for the placement and introduction of defined knowledge and skills in the training professions as a mechatronic (m/w/d) and industrial mechanic (m/w/d) in accordance with the applicable training regulations. You can use your design space in the course of work instruction, the creation of the training plans and the coordination of these with the specialist areas and/or the company-based training professionals. You always have a look at the individual learning progress of the trainees and make sure You are optimally prepared for their exams. The training is not only controlled and planned by you, but you actively participate in their further development and design innovative teaching concepts. You participate in the selection procedures for new apprentices and participate in vocational and training trade fairs. You are also prepared to participate in audit committees.

You have completed training in the mechatronics sector, complemented by a further training for the industrial master Mechatronics or a comparable technical environment. Their knowledge in conventional metal processing and general electrical engineering is well founded. In addition, knowledge in the field of control and control technology is advantageous. You have successfully completed the IHK qualification for trainers with training examination. With the MS Office package you will be sure to change. You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of training. In dealing with trainees, you can convince with your strong pedagogical skills, communication and conflict skills and patience. You reach young people with their high commitment and enthusiasm for work.
