Training as a Nursing Assistant (m/f/d)

Knowing care from the outset: You learn to support nursing people in body care, nutrition and mobility, to perceive changes in their health condition and to pass on and document important information professionally. Practical insights: You gather experiences in the senior home, outpatient care service and hospital. We organize your practice work together with our cooperation partners. Together with the nursing team: you will get to know various nursing activities, take responsibility step by step and work closely with our nursing staff.

School completion: main school degree or equivalent level of education. Under certain conditions, entry without a school degree is also possible after a successful fitness test of our nursing school. Language knowledge: German knowledge on at least B2 level. Interest in health and care: You want to learn more about health and care and enjoy working with and for people. Empathy, sense of responsibility, team spirit, readiness for learning and resilience characterize you. First experiences are welcome, but no need: an internship, volunteer service or first experience in care, care or in the social field are helpful. Basic digital knowledge and a safe handling of the PC are also advantageous.

Start to 01.04.2027 and start your way into care. Theory and practice change: Wednesdays and Thursdays you learn from 08:00 to 15:15 at our Care School Hannover | PFSH. On the other days you are in practice – also every second weekend in early or late service. Service hours in practice: Through your practice operations, you can work several days in a row – partly also 9 to 10 days in a piece. That's what you've got on other weekdays. We look forward to accompanying you on your way to care. Training allowance: You receive a reward during your training. We supplement the concrete height as soon as the final values are fixed. Theory and practice under one roof: You complete your theoretical teaching at our nursing school Hannover | PFSH. Your practical application takes place in our facilities and our cooperation partners. Personal accompaniment: Qualified practical guides support you during your practical operations and help you with questions. Good takeover opportunities: We continue to grow and thus also your perspectives with us. After successful completion of your training, you have good opportunities for further employment.
