Assistant Reservations Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the smooth running of the front office in Absrpache with your co department manager.

You are very welcome, have completed a vocational training course and have already gained experience at the Front Office / Guest Relation/ Reservation. You have experiences to deal with colleagues and their leadership in the team. You are friendly, flexible to the wishes of the guests and colleagues and give everyone the feeling of a second home. Stylish appearance, reservations and written post-processing are a matter of course for you. You have very good knowledge of how to use assessment portals, GDS systems, channel managers and feedback programs. At best, you will be familiar with the common PMS system. In our house we work with Fidelio Suite 8/ OPera Cloud and you should have well-founded knowledge, especially in the system setup section. At Ebertor, our sister hotel, we work with Apaleo. As a channel manager, HotelNetSolutions products are available and our CRM and marketing tool comes from Revinate. Good knowledge of English and, at best, other foreign languages can be mastered in word and writing. You have well-founded knowledge in the current MS Office programs and bring the necessary portion ''s fun and engagement' to your team. You may want to climb the next step on the career manager, or have your performance demonstrated in a position of deputy in the previous company?
