You support our group functions in structuring and visualizing their essential end-to-end and high-level processes. You work closely with executives and process experts, bring different perspectives together and translate professional knowledge into a simple and comprehensible process logic. You arrange processes into the group-wide process landscape and make interfaces, responsibilities and relationships visible. You connect processes with the related policies, standards and instructions and thus support the construction of a consistent system structure. You develop and plead uniform templates, representations and terms for the DAW framework. You also accompany areas whose processes and regulations are not yet systematically described today and help them build a pragmatic and usable structure.

A successfully completed university degree in the field of business management, engineering or a comparable discipline forms the basis of your qualification. You have experience in process management, process modeling or in the construction of process or process engineering. Management systems. You can quickly capture complex processes, logically structure, reduce to the essentials and visualize them in a comprehensible manner. You are safe in handling MS Office and ideally have experience with process modeling or visualization tools. You are strong in communication and moderation and work safely with executives as well as with employees who know the processes in detail. You work pragmatically, structured and binding and enjoy building new structures together with different disciplines. You have very good German and English skills and are ready for occasional international business trips of about 10%.
