You carry out systematic troubleshooting on lathes, milling machines, machining centres and production plants You carry out maintenance, maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical and mechatronic components diagnose and troubleshoot disruptions to conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools You analyze control, drive and automation components and assist in restarting You carry out functional checks and document the work carried out and parts installed You agree service operations and technical measures with customers: both internal and internal contact persons and inform customers:incomprehensible about fault causes, performed work and possible next steps

You have a completed electrotechnical or mechatronic vocational training, for example as an electronic technician: in industrial engineering, automation technology or equipment and systems, mechatronics:in or in a comparable profession You have experience in service, maintenance or repair of machine tools and/or production facilities, which is advantageous You have good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and mechatronic systems troubleshooting You have knowledge in handling CNC controls, in particular Siemens and/or Heidenhain, which is desirable You are able to independently and systematically analyze technical problems and implement practical solutions You appear customer-oriented, are reliable and work carefully and responsibly You have very good knowledge of German (C-Niveau) in word and writing for customer communication and service documentation, have a driving licence class B and are temporarily ready to travel with occasional overnight stays
