You take over the overall responsibility for pipeline construction and develop it strategically and operationally In doing so, you will lead a team of around 50 professional employees, 5 construction managers as well as administrative functions and control the area with a focus on growth and efficiency You are responsible for sales, earnings and budget and ensure economical, timely and high-quality project processing in pipeline construction In addition, you optimize processes, resources and capacities and develop your executives and teams in a targeted manner Compliance with work safety, quality and compliance standards is safe at all times In close coordination with the branch office and adjacent departments, you drive the further development of the site

Complete studies in civil engineering, supply engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable technical qualification (e.g. pipe network master, technician) Multiannual leadership experience in pipeline construction, civil engineering or plant construction Experience in controlling complex construction projects as well as larger teams and organizational units Impressed entrepreneurial thinking with strong cost and earnings orientation Sovereign appearance and pronounced communication and enforcement strength
