Shift Supervisor Production / Packing

Completed craft training, ideally as a rooftopin, carpenterin or technical*confectioner with 2 years of professional experience, alternatively at least 3 years of professional experience in construction crafts First leadership experience or motivation to take responsibility for a team Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) Basic knowledge of the application of Microsoft Office, CAD knowledge of advantage readiness for the 3-month working phase at the Swiss site and flexibility for work in shift operation Quick understanding and methodological approach to solving challenges High sense of responsibility for quality and safety

As a shift manager*in, you play a central role in the construction and daily control of our production for the production of roof tracks. Together with your team, you will ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and on time according to quality specifications and customer specifications. You coordinate the processes within your layer, distribute orders and support your team in physically strenuous tasks such as brushing, cutting, welding and packaging of customer-specific products. So you actively work in the daily business and shape our processes. Quality, cleanliness and safety are your first priority. You are also responsible for the incorporation and further development of your employees. You promote compliance with standards and make your team clear, binding and motivating. With your organizational talent and methodical approach, you contribute significantly to process stability, productivity and quality. At the beginning of your training, you will complete a training in Switzerland to get to know our standards, methods and corporate culture. You will then use and share your knowledge on site. SIGA in Halberstadt After Ruswil and Schachen (CH), our third production site is being built in Halberstadt (DE). This will strengthen our presence in our main market in Germany and create around 70 new jobs. Here we lay the foundation for even shorter delivery routes, more security of supply and a close exchange with our partners on site. An important part of this is the assembly of roofing panels, so that our customer gets a perfectly fit and seamlessly sealed roof directly on the construction site and the roof is immediately rainproof. Due to the exact customer-specific production there is no longer any cutting of the products, whether in the renovation or in the new building. Located next to the new SIGA plant in Halberstadt, hydroWEB, which has been part of our group since 2023, and produces high-quality nonwovens. Together we develop solutions that arise in the resin and act worldwide.
