In order to continue our success story and growth, we are looking for a dispatcher (m/w/d) – sales & construction equipment rental for our site Feuchtwangen.

Customers & Rentals: • Support and further development of our existing customers and expansion of our customer network • Technical advice on construction machines, equipment and attachments suitable for the respective use • Active marketing of available machines and thus ensuring an economic utilisation of our rental park • Creation of offers and accompaniment of rental requests from initial contact to conclusion of the contract • Individual rental price and contract negotiations • Creating new business contacts and developing long-term customer relationships • Solution-oriented support of our customers even during the current rental period

Rental Park & Disposition: • Planning and coordination of the operations of our construction machines, equipment and attachments • coordination between the supply of own construction sites and the external rental of available machines • Control of availability and service periods with an economic utilisation of the machine park • Organisation of extradition, retrieval and machine transport • Coordination of forwarding and coordination with internal interfaces • Monitoring and documentation of the output and withdrawal of our rental machines • Consideration of maintenance, testing and workshop appointments within the MRP

Rental processing & organization: • Complete settlement of rental orders and rental contracts in our system • Maintenance of relevant order, machine and customer data • Ensure complete documentation for output, withdrawal and settlement • Close cooperation with our technical, commercial and operational areas • Active participation and further development of our processes within the rental park organisation

• Finded professional experience in the construction machine industry, ideally in rental, rental park disposition or construction machine trade • Very good knowledge of construction machines, attachments and their typical applications • Experience in sales and in the care of business customers • Feeling for customer needs and the ability to identify and develop business opportunities • Commercial thinking combined with a strong technical understanding • Organisational strength and a secure overview also for several parallel machine movements and customer requests • Binding and solution-oriented communication with customers, drivers, forwarders and colleagues • Independent, structured and responsible operation • Safe handling of MS Office and digital systems • Class B driving licence
