You will become part of the Payroll Solutions team – we develop solutions for a wide range of payroll topics and answer almost all cross-disciplinary questions. Advice: Support of the payroll teams as a contact person on all topics of bAV

Accounting: Recording of the listing lists and change messages in the billing program

Voting: clarification of voting lists with the insurance broker

Insurance: Care for the acquisition of foreign insurance

Coordination: Organisation of a regular exchange with the bAV team Reporting: Reporting to insurers and PSV

Payroll: Own pay bill of an OBI market

Education: Successfully completed qualification in the department of Kaufmann:frau für Büromanagement

Professional experience: Multiannual practice on mid-level level (about three to five years)

Competence: Found experience in trade, especially in collective bargaining

IT knowledge: Secure handling of Windows and ideally knowledge in Paisy and SAP

Soft Skills: Embossed team skills, communication strength and a structured time management

Languages: Specialized German language skills (C2) as well as independent language use in English (min. B2)

Continuing training: Required additional qualifications in the field of occupational pension schemes
