HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

You work in a dynamic environment and are responsible for understanding the business requirements and implementing practical HR initiatives, including change management, culture, organisational development, employee engagement and employer branding You build valuable relationships with key stakeholders and maintain them, including management, employees, HR College and works council members, to ensure smooth cooperation and communication throughout the company In close coordination with the HR team and Managing Directors, you will communicate HR policies, procedures and rules that meet the legal requirements and serve the corporate objectives Its task also includes managing the entire working cycle, from setting and onboarding to exiting as well as binding and developing new team members You also support staff data management, planning and development of the annual budget for staff and personnel costs

You have a well-founded professional experience in the field of human resources in a production environment, as well as a well-founded knowledge in various HR topics You have the ability to clearly portray facts and influence our matrix organization, combined with excellent organizational skills such as structure and time management You are a strategic thinking person and a good networker with very good knowledge in the field of labour and social security law Your pronounced communication and intercultural skills make you an esteemed respondent flowing knowledge of German and English in word and writing are necessary to communicate and work successfully in our international environment
