(Senior)Production Controller (m/f/d)

You take over the precise assignment of our production costs as well as the determination and deep analysis of billing sets and machine hour sets in our complex manufacturing environment. You prepare strategic decisions of our management based on data and provide clear analyses to the management, our advisory board and our shareholders as well as sound recommendations for action to optimize our value chain. You develop, optimize and maintain dashboards in Power BI (DAX, data modelling) and ensure complete transparency over all production processes, from material procurement to delivery. You can visually and intelligibly represent economic indicators. You are actively involved in the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics and integrate the system-side requirements for controlling, production reporting and calculation seamlessly and error-free into Dynamics. You create our monthly and quarterly three-month planning in close coordination with business areas and management and also take over our group planning and consolidation. You take over our intercompany billing and contribute to the billing price documentation.

You have successfully completed an economic study (e.g. in BWL, economic engineering, (economic) informatics, economic mathematics and statistics). You bring experience in controlling or in a comparable role – ideally in a producing medium-sized company with complex manufacturing structures or a consultancy. You are fit in handling Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization) and ideally have already gained well-founded application experience with Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP systems in the controlling environment. Knowledge in Excel, SQL or SAP is advantageous. You have well-founded expertise in cost center accounting or Reporting and the creation of cost-effectiveness analyses, in particular in relation to production processes You think entrepreneurial, have an excellent numerical understanding and work solution-oriented and precise. You stand up professionally, think with and want to design – not just implement. The remuneration for this position is in accordance with our domestic collective agreement, takes into account your professional experience and qualification and is between EUR 72,000 and EUR 93,000 gross annually for a weekly working time of 40 hours.
