MOCVD Tool Engineer (m/f/d)

With your technical expertise and precise operation, you can ensure the operation of the MOCVD deposition systems of the application laboratory and thus ensure smooth laboratory operation. In cooperation with the process engineers, you carry out test series and measurements as part of the hardware and process development. You can ensure the subsequent documentation and preparation of the measurement results. You can recognize deviations from the control behavior by continuous maintenance and monitoring of plant statistics. You always have a look at the spare parts. For the different plant types, you create spare parts lists and thus guarantee corresponding safety stocks. You support the application laboratory in the installation and commissioning of MOCVD deposition systems as part of new and further developments to promote future process and product innovations. You support the application laboratory in logistical tasks. This includes, in particular, the management of spare parts and consumables. Thanks to your organizational skills, you contribute to ensuring that the required materials are always available. In intensive cooperation with colleagues from departments in development and production, you will ensure a comprehensive exchange of experience.

You have a completed technical study, e.g., physics or electrical engineering, or a correspondingly comparable degree, e.g. training with further education to the state-tested technician or master. As a responsible personality, you carry out your tasks carefully and precisely, thereby ensuring a stable and reliable laboratory operation. Thanks to your very good communicative ability as well as your strength as a team player, you work successfully with colleagues from different departments. Dealing with the current MS Office programs is not an obstacle. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing complete your profile.
