Trainee Dental Assistant (ZFA) Training Year 2026 (m/f/d)

You work closely with our experienced dental professionals (ZFA) who accompany you throughout your 3-year training. You will help you with all technical questions and help you actively engage in the various tasks. Your main task is to support the dentists in the treatment of patients. You learn how to make sure that the patients feel comfortable and well in our practice. You perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation of patients:internal files. This helps you to understand and learn the organizational processes of dental practice. You prepare the treatment rooms, help with instrument preparation and respect hygienic standards. These activities allow you to learn the practical handling of the important aspects of dental practice. During your training, you assist in dental treatments and are introduced into the versatile activities as dental medical professionals:r (ZFA). In addition, you take care of the billing of dental services and support the team in organizational tasks, collecting important practical experience in administration and billing.

You have a good school degree (min. primary school degree), bringing interest in medical and organizational topics or have already started your training in another practice. You are a:e team player:in and like to work with people. A friendly, empathic appearance as well as good communication skills characterize you. You have a high level of willingness to learn and are motivated to work in the dental processes. You are reliable, careful and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
