Active:r Sparringspartner:in for the local leadership team: preparation of decision templates, support of strategic initiatives and development of sound action recommendations Control of target processes, budget planning, rolling forecasts and production cost calculation in close coordination with the departments Creation and further development of the reporting on factory control and derivation of measures for target deviations Support for operational areas (e.g. production, quality, logistics) along the entire value chain with sound analyses and key figures Further development of existing controlling and reporting structures and the promotion of innovative approaches to data-based decision-making Creation of monthly and annual accounts in close cooperation with the Shared Service Center in Milan Contact person:in for internal and external auditors:inside; Ensuring a sustainable internal control system Close cooperation with the global controlling team, business units, partner companies and the professional reporting line to the global leader Business Development & Finance in Liechtenstein Building an international network within the Hilti Group to support your further international development

At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in controlling or strategic consulting a business unit – ideally in an internationally operating production or logistics environment Excellent analytical skills and a good sense of economic relationships and entrepreneurial decisions successfully completed studies of economics or engineering; MBA is advantageous Experience in managing and managing complex, cross-sector projects Strategic thinking with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, international environment Very good communication skills in German and English – safe in exchange across all functions and hierarchy levels Secure handling of MS Excel; Knowledge of SAP ByDesign (ByD) of advantage High level of self-motivation, learning agility and openness for change International mobility and interest in a global career within the Hilti Group desirable
