Development of a methodological concept for knowledge management in the project development of wind energy and photovoltaic systems Developing solutions for structured documentation and transparent provision of expertise and relevant legal bases Ensuring that this knowledge is continuously integrated into the project development process Analysis of existing knowledge and structuring and categorisation of existing content Active exchange with internal knowledge providers Building an understanding of what knowledge is needed along the entire project development and construction phase Development of practical and implementable approaches that match internal framework conditions

Studies in the field of library and information management, library science or digital information Interest in topics related to wind energy and photovoltaics Curiosity for legal issues, process management and quality assurance Ideally first experience in knowledge management or in appropriate methods Analytical, Structured and Independent Operation Safe handling of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Good knowledge of German (min. B2) in word and writing
