In order to support the management of several projects of the Institute, a dedicated financial force is sought, which takes over the following tasks: Financial accounting and controlling of third-party funding projects (BMFTR, DFG, EU etc.) with the help of SAP/R3 including coordination tasks, medium requirements, evidence of use Management of research projects including the management of funds according to the guidelines of the various funding institutions (DFG, BMFTR, etc.) Creating Excel tables and graphs for budget jobs and further overviews for third-party projects Decentralised bookings, invoice correspondence of incoming and outgoing invoices Creating and setting up the annual and final uses of projects Interface management between the institute and the financial management of the TU Braunschweig

You have successfully completed the administrative course I or have completed a completed vocational training equivalent to the agreement – VerwLG – e.g. for the management specialist (m/w/d), for the specialist for office automation (m/w/d) or for the businessman for office management (m/w/d) – completed with a publicly available employer Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position of course handling a Windows-based software environment (Word, Excel, specifically SAP) mastery of the English language would be of advantage, very good knowledge of German is provided independent work and good self-organisation are provided solution-oriented attitude towards the changing requirements of daily business
