Planning, construction management, procurement and billing for repair and construction measures at our listed engineering, steel and solid buildings. Initiation of maintenance work on rented and self-used real estate. commissioning and coordination of recurring tests and regular maintenance orders. Initiation and coordination of construction tests n. DIN 1076, VDI6200. Regular visits to building control. Consistent participation in construction and demographic issues in the daily operation of the landscape park Duisburg-Nord, among others at interfaces to events and horticultural care.
