A special focus is on technical monitoring during the construction of the cruise ships we finance. In addition to supporting existing customer relationships You tailor-made transaction structures in line with the business and risk strategy of the KfW IPEX bank. In the structuring process, you define technical milestones, reporting requirements, testing processes and escalation mechanisms and anchor them in the financing documents. You evaluate progress, cost and construction progress data with external reviewers, translate technical findings into bank-side control logics and coordinate consultants as well as stakeholders. In addition, you create decision-relevant documents, work closely with deal team and interfaces and develop the sectoral know-how for technical monitoring. This will bring you You have completed university studies and experience in structuring business, export and asset-based cash flow financing and customer support With sovereign appearance, communication strength and negotiation skills, you convince customers, partners and internal stakeholders. You have a strong interface competence and are able to coordinate different internal and external stakeholders in parallel, to balance different interests and to combine them in a solution-oriented manner. Technical facts translate structured into bank-side requirements; Knowledge of technical monitoring or shipbuilding is advantageous, as is a technical study. A resilient, team-oriented way of working, reliable English and the willingness to project-related business trips in Germany and abroad complete your profile.
