Application and supervision of all customs authorisations Processing of operational requests from all branches and stakeholders Implementation of internal AEO audits in DE, AT and CH Support for Tender Management Evaluation of the internal control system (IKS) and implementation of measures Organisation, preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits/process audits and customs checks Technical support and further development of customs software Development and implementation of the training concept (front training & webinars)

for forwarding and logistics services A completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or similar qualifications Very good knowledge of customs and customs clearance Good analytical skills and problem-solving thinking Communication strength and service and customer orientation Safe handling of MS Office (especially in Excel) German language skills and very good English knowledge in word and writing
