For our customers, an established and future-oriented company in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), we are looking for a project manager building technology (m/w/d) in full time and direct switching. The company implements complex projects in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS) in central and large plant engineering. Around 330 employees work in a modern organizational structure with short decision-making, high self-responsibility and pronounced team culture. Responsible management and control of HKLS and TGA projects Planning, calculation and coordination of all project phases in the field of building and supply technology Guidance and control of assembly teams at the construction site Coordination of internal project participants and external partners and subcontractors Central contact for contractors, specialist planners and architects Monitoring of dates, costs and quality standards Implementation of acceptances and transfer of the plants including project documentation Ensuring compliance with VOB, HOAI and relevant technical standards

Complete study in the field of building technology, supply technology, energy technology or comparable qualification (e.g. technician/master HKLS) Multiannual experience in project management TGA / HKLS Knowledge of VOB, HOAI and relevant regulations and standards Safe handling of MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit and MS Project Embossed organizational and economic thinking Communication strength, Enforcement and Responsibility Self-employed, structured working and team skills
