Takeover and support of project achievements, up to own project management

Task-related cooperation/vote with the clients

Quantitative and qualitative order planning /-control and monitoring, taking into account and complying with the statutory provisions and corporate regulations (Service Level Agreements)

Co-operation and support in controlling the achievement of targets from quality management and implementation of a continuous improvement process

Creation and preparation of reports on the relevant key performance indicators (KPI ́s) within the team

Daily examination of the work results and performance of the team including the derivation of measures

Ensuring the sustainable implementation of the agreed measures with a measurable result

Detection and implementation of optimization potential with regard to process simplification

Support and implementation of personnel development measures

Specialist/higher education with economic orientation and corresponding experience/Alternative commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience in the field of activity

Ideally accounting and personnel knowledge

Communication skills and presentation skills

Experience in escalation and conflict management

Insufficient knowledge about business relationships

Leading employees in different work models (digital/hybrid), in particular new team structures, agile working methods, virtual teams unite

Experience in project management

Good to very good English knowledge

Combination of work on site or in the home office
