Examination and clarification of facts within the framework of the transfer of workers, in particular the equal-pay process and the maximum period of transfer Legal advice on equal pay and employee transfer Participation in the development and design of policy issues and processes for equal pay Control and maintenance of customer and employee data in SAP Comparative calculations Training & Webinars on Equal Pay

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Practice-relevant professional experience in the areas of payroll accounting or human resources, ideally already in the areas of employee transfer/equal pay User knowledge in the system environment SAP HCM as well as advanced knowledge in the area of wage accounting are advantageous A user-oriented and detailed mode of operation as well as a high liability, service and solution orientation Fun to exchange with and to consult internal customers
