Inventory Management Clerk (m/f/d)

The IT warehouse plays a central role in the life cycle of several tens of thousands of IT devices. With upcoming moves and the large number of deployments for the new building, we are looking for support that also contributes to ensuring the continuous deployment of IT devices.

Inventory of new devices (BIOS settings, electrical testing, capture of MAC addresses and serial numbers and storage in the Asset Management System Spider) Provision of equipment and accessories for deliveries, rental positions, equipment transfers, service pools incl. Processing of corresponding tickets in the IT Service Management System OTRS and documentation in the Asset Management System Spider Participation in separation processes Implementation of regular inventory Transport of IT devices with BR-Pkw between the locations Funkhaus, Freimann and Unterföhring

Completed commercial or technical training Good knowledge in handling IT client hardware (including components such as memory, hard drives, graphics cards, motherboards) Good user knowledge in the current MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel) Experience in handling asset management systems (e.g. Spider) and IT Service Management Systems Driving licence Kl. B (at least 3 years) Self-employed, structured and independent Joy of cooperative cooperation in the team Physical loadability (hearing of loads) Good knowledge of German in word and writing
