Education Officer / Trainer Sanctions Testing and KYC Processes

You are examining cases of suspicion from the comparison with national and international sanction lists You identify ownership and control structures as well as economic rights under the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes You are planning and updating business partner data in the internal business partner system Once you are involved, your focus is on the development, implementation and coordination of training in the field of sanction testing. You develop and develop existing training material (e-learnings, tutorials, tests and workshop materials) You carry out training on financial sanctions for internal target groups – also virtual or hybrid via MS teams

A completed study of pedagogy, psychology or economics or a comparable qualification Know-how in didactics and Adult education Practical experience in the preparation of seminar concepts and materials Safe handling of learning software such as B. tts Producer or Synthesia Ideally, the first professional experience in the field of sanction compliance, financial sanctions, trade restrictions or regulatory examination, e.g. in the compliance department, in the field of money laundering prevention, in the business partner examination or in risk management A thorough understanding of economic and legal relationships English and German knowledge in connection with communication strength A high level of integrity in dealing with sensitive and trustworthy infor­mations, awareness of responsibility, decision-making and joy in international, team-wide cooperation You may not meet all the requirements mentioned, but you will understand your expertise.
