Our ServiceNow platform is set to the next level: the CMDB as a real decision system, AI-assisted, audit-proof and with noticeable impact on stability, TimetoRestore and delivery quality. You work in the context of Platform & Workplace Services at the core of our digital workplace – with strong mandate, clear roadmap and free space for your ideas. Your core tasks include: You shape a durable CMDB according to ServiceNow-CSDM best practices and make services consistent with measurement and control - as a basis for robust provider control, compliance and SLAs. You strengthen the data quality in the information network and thus support regulatory requirements - detectable and audit-proof. You have end-to-end responsibility for Configuration Management (Process & Platform) and the further development of the CMDB in ServiceNow – from data model and governance to health dashboards. You look at the modeling of services, the standardization of CIs and the use of out of the box functions on conformity - instead of Custom. You drive integrations & automation with Workflow Data Fabric – including the expansion of interfaces (e.g. Entra ID, LeanIX) and automation with ITOM. You use ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Search & Predictive Intelligence to accelerate data quality, incident/change processing and knowledge management – incl. Al agents. You enable employees through training and advice on ServiceNow and CMDB – you make complex topics understandable and effective.

We look forward to your support in our team if you bring the following: Complete university studies of (economic) informatics or a well-established IT training Extensive practical experience in configuration management and related processes Deep knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) of ServiceNow Experience in implementing or managing ServiceNow modules Knowledge in higher programming languages, preferably JavaScript, REST/SOAP and HTML/CSS A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
